Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Yarra Yering is a meticulous process, where each step is carried out with the utmost care. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to guarantee impeccable quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with rigorous temperature control. Aging occurs in French oak barrels for a period that varies depending on the vintage and grape variety.
