Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for Henry's Seven 2020 follows traditional methods, with meticulous attention paid to each step. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested, then destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for optimal extraction of aromas and tannins. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels, adding further complexity and harmonious integration of the tannins.
