Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for Henry's Seven 2020 follows traditional methods, with meticulous attention paid to each step. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested, then destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for optimal extraction of aromas and tannins.
