Her commitment to excellence and respect for the terroir are reflected in wines of great finesse and authentic expression.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Yarra Yering is carried out with the utmost care, respecting both tradition and innovation. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and then rigorously sorted to retain only the finest berries. Fermentation takes place in open vats, with gentle maceration to extract aromas and tannins. Aging occurs in French oak barrels for a period that varies depending on the vintage, in order to refine the wine's structure and complexity.
