Aging in oak barrels, some of which are new, imparts woody notes and complexity to the wine. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in the barrel, contributing to the roundness and harmony of the final product. This process, combined with a rigorous selection of the finest grapes, results in a rich and structured wine.
