    The vineyard of Minuty extends across sunny hillsides, where the climat The Mediterranean climate promotes optimal grape ripening. The clay-limestone soils, rich in minerals, impart a unique complexity to the wines. The carefully tended vines benefit from ideal sun exposure while being protected from sea winds. This harmony between the soil, the climat and the winemakers' expertise creates perfect conditions for producing high-quality wines, while respecting the natural balance of the ecosystem.

    Owner and history

    Today, the domaine Minuty is run by the Matton family, who have preserved the family heritage while modernizing winemaking practices. Passionate about their land and their craft, they make it a point of honor to produce quality wines while respecting the environment. In 2022, Minuty sees the 4th generation of the Matton family flourish, indeed Anne-Victoire Matton joins her father Jean-Etienne and her uncle François in the management of this Provençal jewel. In 2023, LVMH acquired Minuty.

    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process Minuty - Côtes-de-Provence Blanc et Or 2025 is crafted with meticulous care. The carefully selected grapes are gently pressed to preserve their aromas. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures, allowing the floral and fruity notes to fully develop. Aging on fine lees for several months imparts a creamy texture and aromatic complexity to the wine. This painstaking process, combined with the winemakers' expertise, results in a balanced, harmonious wine that is quintessentially Provençal.
