THE Clos Mireille, situated by the sea, benefits from an exceptional microclimate, with sea breezes that cool the vines and impart a unique salinity to the grapes. The terroir, composed of schist and quartz, gives the wines a distinctive minerality. The south-facing exposure ensures optimal sunshine, promoting the ripening of the grapes. The vines are cultivated with great respect for the environment, with the aim of preserving biodiversity and producing authentic wines that reflect their terroir.
