    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château Giscours is a meticulous process, blending tradition and innovation. The hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted before being vinified in temperature-controlled tanks. Aging takes place in oak barrels, mostly new, for 12 to 18 months, imparting complexity and structure to the wine. The blends are crafted with great care, always striving to express the best of the terroir. Each step is designed to preserve the purity of the aromas and the richness of the flavors.
