Valentin Zusslin 's Crémant d' Alsace Brut Zero embodies the authentic spirit of Alsace. This sparkling wine is carefully crafted at the family estate in Orschwihr, in the heart of the Vosges Mountains. The selected grape varieties, such as Auxerrois , Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay, reveal a perfect harmony between freshness and complexity. This brut crémant, with no added sugar, offers a unique tasting experience, reflecting a rich terroir and winemaking practices that respect tradition.

The estate is currently managed by Valentin Zusslin, representing the 13th generation of winemakers. Drawing on his family heritage, he is committed to preserving traditions while innovating to meet contemporary challenges. Passionate about nature and wine, Valentin conveys his values ​​through sustainable and environmentally conscious practices. With a forward-looking vision, he hopes to share the richness and diversity of Alsatian terroirs with the world.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for Crémant d'Alsace Brut Zero is carried out with the utmost care. The hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed to extract the juice without bitterness. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving freshness and fruitiness. After aging on the lees for several months, a second fermentation in the bottle, using the traditional method, imparts the characteristic effervescence. This Crémant is then disgorged without dosage, offering a pure expression of the terroir and grape varieties. Each step is meticulously executed to guarantee a wine of exceptional quality.
