Auxerrois is a white grape variety native to Lorraine, which also thrives in Alsace and the Loire Valley where it
It took off in 1950. Its name is said to come from the nurseries of Auxerre where it found refuge during
the 1939-1945 war. Often called Pinot Auxerrois, it is one of the grape varieties used in the Moselle AOC wines.
Alsace, Côtes-de-Toul. It is also used in the production of Crémant d'Alsace.
Production of 6000 bottles.
