    Owner and history

    The vines for this cuvée are planted in predominantly marl-limestone soils of the Keuper type, which impart breadth and power to the wines. The Seigneurs de Ribeaupierre cuvée comes from old vines of the former wine estate of the Seigneurs de Ribeaupierre. The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness to concentrate the fruit aromas.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grapes are hand-selected and harvested at perfect ripeness
    - Slow pressing in a pneumatic press
    - Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 2 to 4 weeks
    - Aged for a minimum of 6 years on lees in bottles
