Vinification and aging

The vinification of the Etna Rosso Feudo 2018 is carried out with the utmost care, respecting tradition and the know-how of the domaine. The grapes are hand-harvested, meticulously sorted, and vinified in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation occurs naturally, thanks to the indigenous yeasts present on the grapes. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for an undisclosed period to refine the tannins and develop more complex aromas.
