    This wine pairs perfectly with roast poultry, scallop risotto, or fresh pasta with mushrooms. Best enjoyed at around 12°C.

    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from about ten hectares of Carignan Gris. This grape variety is very rare and was planted here more than 40 years ago. It is cultivated organically and biodynamically and the grapes are worked by hand!

    Vinification and aging

    The cellar is located in former silk mills. These premises were traditionally used for the production of Lyon silk. The thick, vaulted, underground walls are well-suited to aging wines.
