Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Parent is a meticulous process that blends tradition and innovation. The harvest is done by hand, guaranteeing the selection of the best bunches. After partial destemming, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve the freshness of the aromas. Aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 15 months. This care taken at each stage allows the complexity and richness of the wine to be revealed.
