    Owner and history

    The Domaine Samuel Billaud vineyard rests on clay-limestone soils, typical of Burgundy. The vines, averaging 30 years old, benefit from optimal exposure, guaranteeing high-quality grapes.

    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process is carried out with minimal intervention, in order to preserve the natural expression of the grape and the terroir.
    This vintage is then aged on fine lees for several months, in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, bringing complexity and balance to the wine, while preserving its freshness.
