    The plot for this cuvée is located in the Burgundy appellation of Monthélie, situated mid-slope with an eastern exposure. The Pinot Noir vines are rooted in clay-limestone soil.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes

    - Aged in Austrian barrels for approximately 18 months (20% new barrels)
