Her commitment to respecting the environment and the quality of her wines makes her a rising star in Burgundy viticulture.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking of Chablis Grand Cru Valmur 2018 is crafted with the utmost care, respecting Burgundian traditions. The grapes are hand-harvested and then rigorously sorted to retain only the finest. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's aromas and freshness. Aging on fine lees for several months adds complexity and texture to the wine.
