Tasting notes
This Chablis Grand Cru Blanchots 2019 displays a brilliant pale gold color. On the nose, it exudes aromas of white flowers, citrus, and a chalky minerality typical of the terroir. The palate is ample and rich, with a lively acidity that balances the structure. The finish is long and persistent, marked by saline notes and great freshness. A wine of great elegance.
