Today, Albéric Bichot represents the 6th generation at the head of this iconic house. The Bichot family is committed to perpetuating the Burgundian winemaking tradition, producing high-quality red wines with respect for the terroir and the environment. Their passion for wine is passed down from generation to generation, making the Domaine of Clos Frantin is an essential reference in Burgundy.

Vinification and aging
