    Owner and history

    The vines are located south of Nuits-Saint-Georges, on a steeply sloped plot at the top of a hill. The Pinot Noir vines are 70 years old and are cultivated using organic farming methods.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested (30 to 40% whole bunches)
    - Traditional fermentation
    - Aged in barrels (0% new) then bottled without filtration
