Owner and history

The plot is located in Echezeaux Grand Cru with vines averaging 55 years old. The vineyard is organic.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand. 30 to 40% whole clusters are used in the blend. The wine undergoes traditional alcoholic fermentation. It is aged in oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, with an average of 50% new oak.
The wine is then bottled without filtration. An average of 2000 bottles are available.
