    Vineyard area: 22 ha. The average age of the vines is 35 years. Cultivation is traditional and sustainable.

    Vinification and aging

    Temperature-controlled wooden vats of 60 hl. Fermentation in new barrels for 80% of the harvest. Aging in French oak barrels, 70% new and 30% one-year-old.
