Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux is a meticulous process, blending tradition and innovation. The hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted before being destemmed. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats, allowing for a gentle extraction of tannins. The wines are then aged in barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 18 months, depending on the vintage. This oak aging contributes to aromatic complexity while respecting the terroir's character. Each step is carried out with meticulous attention to detail, in order to preserve the purity and authenticity of each cuvée.
