Vinification and aging

The Cobos 2019 is crafted with meticulous care to preserve the integrity of its aromas and the wine's complexity. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and then carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the aromas. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for an extended period, allowing it to refine and develop its complexity. Finally, it is bottled and aged in the cellar before being released for sale.
