    We enjoy this wine with meat and game, couscous, or spicy meat stews. Best enjoyed at around 15°C after at least two hours of decanting, especially when young.

    Owner and history

    Muntada is made from vines aged between 30 and 120 years. The vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Whole bunch maceration
    - Aged for 10 months in old oak casks, then 14 months in the bottle
