Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for optimal temperature regulation. The wine is then aged for 18 months in oak barrels, some of which are new. This traditional and respectful method allows the complexity and typicity of each vintage to be revealed, while subtly integrating the oak notes.
