    The Syrah vines are divided between 2 plots: Chavanay (which brings minerality) and a terrace of rolled pebbles on the left bank (which brings concentration and ripeness)

    Vinification and aging

    Destemming followed by cold maceration. Punching down and pumping over, then long fermentation
    Aged for 15 months in oak barrels
