    Owner and history

    This is the first vintage of Chenin produced by Domaine Sérol. The vines grow on granite soil, spread over 1.9 hectares of young vines, at an altitude of approximately 400 meters.

    Vinification and aging

    - Direct pressing followed by vinification in barrels (fermentation with indigenous yeasts)
    - Aged for 11 months on fine lees
