Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret The wine is made with meticulous attention to detail. The grapes are hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, and then destemmed, either fully or partially, depending on the vintage. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels, using indigenous yeasts.
