    Owner and history

    The vineyard is cultivated according to biodynamic principles. This cuvée comes from a 2-hectare plot located east of Panzoult, with limestone soil covered with rolled gravel.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested in crates
    - 25 days of maceration
    - Aged in barrels that previously held wine for 12 to 15 months, then for 6 months in concrete tanks to refine the aging process.
