    This cuvée comes from vines that are around forty years old and are located on the steep terraces of Saint-Joseph. The Syrah is cultivated organically and by hand.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Vinification in open barrels, 30% whole bunches
    - Aged for 24 months in barrels (10% new)
