    Owner and history

    The old vines are between 30 and 120 years old and are planted on a terroir of schist and limestone. The vineyard is entirely managed biodynamically.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes with sorting
    - Traditional winemaking, 3 to 4 weeks of whole-cluster maceration with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 24 months in barrels
