    Owner and history

    This cuvée is made from 15-year-old Syrah vines. The soil consists of rolled pebbles, sand and clay.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. The winemaker keeps 55% whole bunches during vinification.
    The wine ferments in open wooden and stainless steel vats. It is aged in barrels for 11 months and in stainless steel vats for 5 months.
