Christophe Peyrus and Françoise Julien, the owners of Clos Marie, They are passionate and dedicated winemakers. They are committed to producing authentic wines that reflect the identity of their terroir. Their work is guided by respect for the environment and the pursuit of quality. Today, they are recognized as emblematic figures of the Pic Saint-Loup region.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking process is carried out with the utmost care, respecting traditional methods. The grapes are harvested by hand to select only the finest. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats using indigenous yeasts. Aging occurs in French oak barrels for an undisclosed period. The aim is to preserve the wine's freshness and fruitiness while developing aromatic complexity and an elegant structure.
