    Owner and history

    The Château Canon vineyard covers 34 hectares in a single block (24 hectares at Château Canon and 10 hectares for the second wine, at Croix Canon). The vineyard faces south-southwest and reaches an altitude of 87 meters. Merlot is the predominant grape variety. The vines are on average 30 years old.

    Vinification and aging

    Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
