    Vinification and aging

    The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon has been the cornerstone of our range for over fifty years. It is a benchmark among hillside wines of the Napa Valley tailored for la garde With its beautiful structure and great aging potential, it nonetheless captivates with the immediate and concentrated expression of its grape variety. The dry, stony soils of Pritchard Hill give rise to small berries with intense flavors. Green harvesting promotes complete and even ripening, while enriching the wine's aromatic complexity.
