Amedeo holds the position of director of domaine and head of the Italian market, while Alberto is director of communications and export. This new generation embodies the company's core values, reflecting the tradition and deep passion passed down by their father.     Vinification and aging

    “Sette” is a magnificent tribute to the art of winemaking; it is embodied today through seven distinct Merlot parcels, cultivated organically and vinified as single varietals. Each possesses its own unique soil and climate characteristics, giving rise to a singular wine. These wines are selected for their individual personalities, then blended and aged to create “Seven,” a harmony of aromas and flavors that reveals itself each time as new and unique. It is a rigorous selection of Merlots from the finest old “Stiori” vines—characterized each year by their exposure, location, and terroir. Depending on the specifics of the vintage, these parcels are highlighted on the back of the label with a precise and detailed map, indicating which ones were used for each vinification. The agronomic and viticultural techniques that we have refined over time for these vineyards allow us to obtain excellent results, even during the most difficult seasons, thus guaranteeing an optimal expression of the quality and identity of each wine.
