Vinification and aging

The winemaking process Minuty Rose et Or is crafted with the utmost care to preserve the wine's freshness and delicate aromas. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, allowing the varietal aromas to be retained. Aging on fine lees adds complexity and texture to the wine. Before bottling, a light filtration is carried out to ensure the wine's clarity.
