    The Carignan vines are 70 years old, allowing their roots to penetrate deep into the terroir. Complexity and finesse are revealed!

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are destemmed and vinified, using indigenous yeasts, in truncated conical concrete vats.
    Aged in large oak casks for 18 months
