Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Capbern is crafted with the utmost care, respecting Bordeaux tradition. The grapes are harvested by hand, allowing for rigorous selection. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromas and freshness of the fruit. Aging occurs in French oak barrels, a proportion of which are new, for an undisclosed period. This stage allows the tannins to soften and the wine's aromas to develop greater complexity.
