Ideally located on theleft bank of the Rhôneright across from theName
Côte-Rôtie, is located the terroir ofVitis ViennaAlthough it was abandoned until the 1990s, it was thanks to the determination of several winemakers (Yves Cuilleron, François Villard and Pierre Gaillard) that it regained its prestige, thus forming theappellation of Vienne wines.

Very quickly, big names joined them. In 2016, the coupleBottacquires its first plots of mica schist and joins the Vitis Vienna association, now comprised of 18 winegrowers. Today, theDomaine Bottproduces white wines from grape varietiesMarsanne, Roussanne and Viognier.In red wines, the grape varieties used are exclusively...Syrah.

Work that respects nature

Nature lover,Graeme and Julie BottTheir philosophy is to respect their land as much as possible and to produce wines that allow their terroirs and characteristics to be expressed to the maximum.

All the work in the vineyard is carried out100% manuallyThis allows them to be attentive to their vines every day and to extract the very best from them. Initially, Graeme and Julie produced their wines in their garage, which has now been converted into a cellar. Their aim is to produce in small quantities to prioritize quality.

The wines are produced in the finest appellations of theRhône ValleyWe find:

• Condrieu
• Saint Joseph
• IGP Collines Rhodaniennes
• Côte-Rôtie
• Crozes-Hermitage

The vintages are constantly improving, closely followed by big names.
