      Controlled winemaking

      Traditional techniques for exceptional wines

The winemaking process atTaupenot-Merme EstateThis reflects a philosophy focused on precision and respect for the raw material. The grapes are harvested by hand, then carefully sorted to retain only the healthiest berries.
