Latricières-Chambertin est une appellation Grand Cru de la Côte de Nuits. Elle représente un peu plus de 7 hectares sur la commune de Gevrey-Chambertin.Le sous-sol est calcaire, avec des affleurements de roche dure sur le bas du coteau. Le Pinot Noir donne ici un vin rouge à la couleur intense avec des arômes de cuir et de petits fruits rouges.
Domaine David Duband
Le Domaine David Duband est basé à Chevannes, dans les Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. Il représente 17 hectares de vignes répartis sur 23 appellations. Cette exploitation pratique l’agriculture biologique depuis 2006, et est labellisée Ecocert. La vendange est manuelle, puis la vinification se fait en majorité en grappes entières.
Le Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru fait par David Duband est d’un beau rouge brillant. On y retrouve souvent des arômes de petits fruits noirs et de grillé, et une belle tension en bouche.
